RNAi Therapeutics R&D Center is composed by 2 parts, a siRNA drug R&D lab in Silicon Valley USA and a pilot R&D base in Nantong, China. It owns an integrated proprietary technical platform of siRNA target screening, RNAi drug structure chemical modification and target tissue delivery. It is one of the world's very few research centers having the integrated technologies of full-sites siRNA library construction, high-throughput RNA drug targets identification, siRNA structure modification and drug delivery systems.

At present, Biomics develops siRNA drugs for Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD), Liver Cancer, Hepatitis B, Bladder Cancer, Nasopharynx Cancer and so on. The programs are towards to clinical studies.
