Description
Biomics sells the cloned version of the Taq DNA polymerase that is expressed in E. coli, its molecular weight is 94KD. Taq DNA Polymerase is a highly processive 5'=>3' polymerase and has 5'=>3' exonuclease activity. It has an extension rate of 1-2kb/min in a PCR, and it will leave a 3' dA overhang on the ends of PCR fragments.

Quality Control
The absence of endodeoxyribonucleases, exodeoxyribonucleases and ribonucleases confirmed by appropriate quality tests. Functionally tested in PCR.
