The siRNA products of Biomics are developed with our patented gene silencing technology, which consist of four siRNA clones with different sites and can eliminate off-target effect and enhance silencing efficiency. The four clones can be used in combination or separately. All the products have been confirmed with gene sequencing thus a 100% homology can be achieved.
Our products have the following advantages over their peer products:
 No extra MCS (Multiple Cloning Site) sequences existing on the siRNA between the initiation signal "AAAAA" and the termination signal "TTTTT" of promoters (U6 and H1),thus silence reaction specificity can be increased;
GFP of the pU6H1-GFP vector enables to monitor transfection efficiency when expression in cells;
A total siRNA expression cassettes (U6-siRNA-H1) can be easily sub-cloned to other viral siRNA expression vectors (e.g., Retroviral, Adenoviral and Lentiviral vectors), thus can be widely used for each purpose;
No secondary structure (such as hairpin) on the siRNA, thus be stable in above viral siRNA expression vectors.
